This meta was a tangent to another meta I was writing last year that, strangely, I just stumbled upon last night cleaning out my hard drive. So finishing that meta is now on my to-do list. :) As far as this meta goes, I hadn't given much thought to doing a follow-up for S3, but it's an interesting idea. One that might be fun after the entirety of S4 has aired to see how everything seems to be lining up for S5. Hmm, something to think about for sure.
